Resizing an Image
The best practice is to size a source image with the desired dimensions intead of resizing with attributes of an image in HTML. However, should you encounter a situation where it is desirable to do so, you can specify an image size as follows:
Resizing with the Mouse
Click the image to select it
Click and hold one of the images handles and resize the image as desired
Resizing via the Ribbon
Click the image to select it
Use the Size section of the Design tab on the Picture Tools ribbon.
