The clipboard section supports the standard clipboard functionality found in all Office applications. Note that the standard keyboard shortcuts for these items work in the page editor.
CTRL+C - Copy
CTRL+X - Cut
CTRL+V - Paste
CTRL+Z - Undo
CTRL+Y - Redo
3. Font
The Font section works exactly like you expect and is consistent with all Office applications.
4. Paragraph
The Paragraph section allows control of:
Bullets
Numbering
Indent
Outdent
Text direct (Left to right/Right to left)
Alignment and justification
5. Styles
The styles dropdown allows application of predefined CSS classes to page elements. SharePoint comes with a variety of predefined styles including:
Normal
Highlight
By Line
Comment
References
Caption
Note that it is possible to customize these styles and your choices may be different as a result.
6. Spelling
The Spell Checker provides checking with a variety of languages based on your installation.
7. Markup
The Markup section allows you to control the parent element for specific text and to switch from WYSISYG to HTML view for a page. Some of the Markup styles effect only the parent element type while other apply additional CSS classes.
